Gym memberships are pricey, especially if you’re living on a budget. Fortunately, you don’t have to forgo paying this month’s electricity bill to keep your wellness in check.
Many local businesses around Tarrant County offer fitness classes to the public free of charge. From boot camp-style workouts to Zen-inducing yoga sessions, there’s something for just about everyone. To help you get started on your journey to living a healthy, active lifestyle, here are a few of our favorite free fitness classes in Fort Worth and beyond.
