There are four state-ranked volleyball teams in the area this week in the Texas Girls Coaches Association rankings - and ironically, the one undefeated team isn't in the rankings.
The Weatherford Lady Kangaroos moved up to fifth in this week's Class 6A rankings. Brock's Lady Eagles moved to No. 2 in Class 3A, Aledo's Ladycats are 12th in 4A, and Peaster's Lady Greyhounds are tied for 20th in 3A.
Millsap's Lady Bulldogs, though not ranked, improved to 18-0 under first-year coach Courtney Haney with a home sweep of Jacksboro, 25-18, 25-22, 25-21. It was their third win over Jacksboro this season.
The Lady Kangaroos (24-5) traveled to Arlington Martin for a Class 6A nondistrict matchup and prevailed in four games, 26-24, 17-25, 25-21, 25-12. Leaders for Weatherford included Reagan Hubbard, 25 digs; London Austin-Roark, 11 kills, four blocks; Kaitlyn Rogers, 48 assists, 19 digs, 12 kills; Carissa Barnes, 18 digs, eight kills; and London Gray, 11 kills.

The Lady Eagles (21-6) defeated Abilene Wylie in four games, 26-24, 25-14, 22-25, 25-23. They were led by Alyssa Lackey, 15 kills, four aces; Daelyn Sessum, 13 kills; Bryland Barrett, 36 assists, 13 digs; and Gracie Cooper, 23 digs.
The Ladycats (18-11) fell in four games at Denton Guyer, 25-17, 25-18, 25-27, 25-22. Leaders for Aledo were Sydney Casey, 16 kills; Alexis Grooms, 11 kills; Evelyn Torres, 16 digs, seven kills; Allegra Rivas, 47 digs; and Sarah Morehead, 35 assists.
The Lady Greyhounds (7-10) fell in five games at home to Glen Rose. Poolville (7-7) had the evening off.
