Keller Fossil Ridge builds early lead behind passing attack, holds off Flower Mound

Cobe Craft threw for 429 yards with four touchdowns as host Keller Fossil Ridge jumped out to a 21-0 lead early before holding off a Flower Mound rally in the fourth quarter for a 42-30 victory.

Key players: Fossil Ridge’s Jaylen Hearst gained 168 yards receiving on three catches, including a 75-yard touchdown from Craft. Stefan Cobbs added 152 receiving yards on seven catches for the Panthers. Jake Welch led Flower Mound with 12 pass receptions for 212 yards.

Key stat: Fossil Ridge forced five Flower Mound turnovers, with three interceptions and two recovered fumbles.
