Along with Colleyville Heritage’s win over Grapevine, three more area games on Tuesday featured two 5-0 teams.
In Forth Worth, Paschal outlasted Arlington Lamar in five sets behind Katie Nance’s 27 kills and six blocks. Riley Parker had 13 kills and 10 digs, Semira Blair had 54 assists and Abby Hyman added 42 digs. Paschal is 6-0 in District 4-6A while Lamar drops to 5-1.
Down the road at Arlington Heights, the Yellow Jackets swept Western Hills 25-16, 25-18, 26-24 to go to 6-0 in 7-5A. Western Hills drops to 5-1.
Finally at Burleson Centennial, Granbury’s Molly Shade, a Lamar commit, had 37 assists, 10 digs, three aces and three kills as the Pirates beat the Spartans in four sets. Granbury is 6-0 in 9-5A. Centennial dropped to 5-1.

An emotional couple of days for Justin Northwest senior Camryn Berryhill, who lost her father, David, Sunday morning. What followed will sure warm the heart.
It a matter of minutes, Twitter exploded with the outpour of people remembering what David meant to them and how he impacted so many lives.
Purple is Camryn Berryhill’s favorite color and the volleyball community showed its support.
Keller Central players wore purple on Tuesday before its match with Keller Fossil Ridge. Players on Grapevine, who play with Berryhill through club, had prayers for the Berryhill family. Even Boyd got in on the support.
Purple seemed to be the theme at Northwest on Tuesday, and at the game when the Texans swept Saginaw Chisholm Trail to improve to 23-10 and 4-2 in District 6-5A.
There was a moment of silence before the game, and for one day, people were cheering for Berryhill and cheering for Northwest.
Back the Blue
Central visited Fossil Ridge on Tuesday and both teams showed their support for the local police force
The Panthers would edge out the Chargers in five sets. Both teams are tied for third in District 3-6A at 3-2.
Going to 6-0 were Southlake Carroll, Saginaw Boswell, Waxahachie and Springtown.
Glen Rose and Weatherford improved to 5-0 with wins over Godley and Haltom.
