TCU is making it possible for fans to double-dip on Tuesday.
The school announced Tuesday’s baseball game against the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley has been moved to 5 p.m. from its original 6:30 p.m. start time at Lupton Stadium.
The change happened with the men’s basketball team scheduled to host Creighton at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the NIT quarterfinals at Schollmaier Arena.
The baseball team is coming off a series win over Texas to open Big 12 play last weekend. Freshman right-hander Dawson Barr is scheduled to make his first career start against UTRGV. Barr has an 8.44 ERA over five relief appearances this season.
The basketball team, meanwhile, is looking to clinch a spot in the NIT semifinals and finals at New York City’s Madison Square Garden with a victory on Tuesday.
