Chick-fil-A is adding a second drive-thru lane at one of its North Texas restaurants.

Chick-fil-A is spending $350,000 to reconfigure a drive-thru at one of its popular North Texas locations.

The restaurant in Hudson Oaks, just off Interstate 20 west near the H-E-B grocery store, will add a full second lane to ease traffic congestion, according to records filed with the state licensing office.

Chick-fil-A also add eight more parking spaces at the property, replace a drive-thru canopy and add a new door at the drive-thru window.

The construction is scheduled to begin in March and wrap up two months later.

This restaurant, built in 2017, is one of only two Chick-fil-A restaurants in Parker County. the other is about 6 miles west in Weatherford.
